Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, dashboard, APIs and services offered by Woizer (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and “you” means that business.
1. Eligibility and business use
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Services are designed for businesses and professionals. If consumer-protection laws nevertheless apply to you, nothing in these Terms limits the rights they give you.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
3. The Services
Woizer lets you build and run AI agents, including:
- a website voice and chat widget, and a public agent page;
- a phone agent that answers calls on your number;
- outbound calling and messaging campaigns;
- a WhatsApp agent;
- call recording, transcription, AI summaries and analytics; and
- integrations with third-party tools (calendars, CRMs, spreadsheets, e-commerce and website platforms).
We may improve, change or retire features, giving reasonable notice of material reductions where practicable.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Current plans, included usage and overage rates are listed on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which may also apply taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Usage above your plan's allowance is billed at the overage rates for your plan, where applicable.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes to an existing subscription.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- deceive or defraud people, or impersonate a real person or business — including cloning a voice without that person's documented consent;
- provide emergency services, medical diagnosis or treatment, or other uses where an error could cause death or serious harm;
- collect payment card numbers, passwords or similar credentials through an agent;
- target children, or process sensitive data without a lawful basis;
- send spam, or call or message people without the consent the law requires;
- probe, disrupt or overload our systems, or reverse engineer the Services; or
- resell the Services without our written agreement.
6. Calls, messages and AI disclosure — your responsibilities
You are the caller and the sender
When your agent answers or places calls, or sends SMS, WhatsApp or email messages, it does so on your behalf and at your direction. You are solely responsible for complying with every law and platform rule that applies to those communications in each place where the recipient is located.
In particular, you agree to:
- obtain, record and be able to prove any consent required before contacting someone — including under the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Telemarketing Sales Rule, Israel's Communications Law (section 30A), Canada's CASL, and the EU/UK ePrivacy and data protection rules;
- honor opt-out and do-not-call requests promptly, across all of your campaigns, and check applicable do-not-call registries;
- respect the calling hours that apply to each recipient;
- tell people they are speaking with an AI agent and that calls are recorded wherever the law requires it — for example in all-party-consent US states and under the EU AI Act — and configure your agent's greeting accordingly;
- comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies and with carrier rules for SMS (such as US 10DLC registration); and
- only upload contact lists you are lawfully allowed to use.
Woizer provides tools that help — such as calling-hour limits and opt-out detection — but we do not verify your consents and these tools do not make your communications compliant. We may pause or stop campaigns, numbers or accounts that receive complaints, show signs of non-compliance, or put our providers or other customers at risk.
7. Data and privacy
- You own your content and the data about your customers. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Services.
- For data about your callers, visitors and contacts, you are the controller and Woizer acts as your processor (service provider). On request we will sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you.
- You are responsible for giving your own customers an accurate privacy notice and for having a lawful basis for the data your agent collects.
- We do not use your content or your customers' conversations to train AI models.
- We process your customers' conversations only on your behalf: to run your agent, give you transcripts and summaries, improve your own agent, and operate, secure and fix the Services. We do not share one business's conversations with another business, use them for our own marketing or advertising, or sell them.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI-generated output
AI can make mistakes
- Agents generate responses with artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate.
- AI output is not professional advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial or otherwise.
- You are responsible for reviewing your agent's knowledge, instructions and behavior, and for any commitments it makes to your customers.
9. Third-party services
Integrations you connect (for example Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Wix, WordPress or Meta) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make that affect an integration.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
Woizer and its licensors own the Services, including software, models, documentation and branding. You may not use our trademarks without permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Woizer and its personnel against claims, fines, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your content or contact lists; calls and messages made by your agent or campaigns, including any lack of required consent or disclosure; your agent’s interactions with your customers; or your breach of these Terms or of law.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
14. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, risk to security, our providers or other customers, or where the law requires. You can export your data before closing your account; afterwards we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 7, 11, 13 and 16) survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you accept them.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
17. General
These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
18. Contact
Woizer is operated by I.D.M, a registered business in Israel (Business ID 032882078). Questions: support@woizer.com.
