Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Woizer (“Woizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-powered voice agent platform for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.
1. Introduction
This policy applies to all visitors to our websites, registered users (“Customers”), and individuals who interact with voice agents or widgets deployed by our Customers (“End Users”). If you are an End User, the business that deployed the agent is typically the data controller for your conversation data; Woizer processes that data on their behalf.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and authentication credentials managed through our identity provider (Clerk). We also collect billing information when you subscribe to a paid plan.
2.2 Agent Configuration Data
We collect information you provide to configure your AI agents, including business descriptions, website URLs, knowledge base content, voice and language preferences, and integration settings.
2.3 Voice and Call Data
Voice data notice
When voice agents are active, calls are recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality improvement. This includes audio recordings, transcriptions, call metadata (duration, timestamps, caller information), and AI-generated summaries. Customers are responsible for informing their End Users about call recording in compliance with applicable laws.
2.4 Website Scanning Data
Website scanning notice
When you provide a URL for agent creation, we crawl publicly accessible pages of that website to build your agent's knowledge base. This includes extracting text content, navigation structure, product/service information, and contact details from public pages. We only scan URLs you explicitly provide or that are linked from those URLs.
2.5 Usage and Technical Data
We automatically collect device information, browser type, IP address, session identifiers, interaction events, error logs, and performance metrics when you use our Services or interact with deployed agents.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational security measures including access controls, monitoring, and regular security assessments. Our primary database is hosted on Supabase with PostgreSQL, providing enterprise-grade security and compliance features.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We continuously work to improve our security practices.
